Introducing the redesigned Armalytix Source of Funds Report
We’ve launched our redesigned Armalytix Source of Funds Report – the first and only configurable source of funds report on the legal market. Cleaner, clearer, and fully configurable.
You choose what goes in, how it’s ordered, and how it’s branded.
Here’s how it works.
What is the Armalytix Source of Funds report?
Armalytix Source of Funds Reports are already the market-leading choice for UK conveyancers. They are used every day by some of the biggest property firms to gather, analyse, and assess client financial data as part of the AML process.
Our reports give you client bank data from any source, via open banking, statement scanning or CSV upload, combined with expert analysis, risk insights and a clear decision framework, all in a single, simple client journey that needs no app, no software download, and no chasing.
Source of Funds Redesign: what’s changed?
Now we’ve redesigned the reports to make them even better. We believe you deserve total control over how the information you need is presented to you. The new reports are cleaner, clearer, and fully configurable.
You choose what goes in, how it’s ordered, and how it’s branded. Up to two years of data, any date range, any shape you need it in. Built around your workflow, not ours.
What’s included?
- Dedicated client journeys for related third parties (gifted deposits, co-buyers, and more)
- Market-leading analysis that simplifies complex client finances
- Insights on income and large transactions flagged clearly
- Multiple banks and accounts combined in a single report
- Up to two years of transaction data
- Fully configurable reports, branded to firms
- Tailored questionnaires built to firms’ needs, or a choice of industry-endorsed templates
One journey for the buyer, the right report for everyone
The redesign also speaks to a wider industry goal: making home moving faster and reducing fall-throughs. In a single purchase, a buyer can be asked for the same financial information three or four times, by the estate agent, the mortgage broker, the lender, and the conveyancer.
It isn’t that the underlying data changes. It’s that each party needs a different question answered, to a different depth. And until now, the different answers have been a separate collection exercise.
A configurable report changes that. The buyer completes one secure open banking journey, and from it, we can produce the specific report each party requires. That might be a full source of funds report for the conveyancer or income verification or affordability for the lender, each configured to the depth that party’s own obligations demand.
The government’s home buying and selling reform roadmap asked the sector to reduce this duplication rather than legislate it away. This redesign is a practical step towards that: far fewer journeys for the buyer, without asking any professional to accept less than their firm or regulator requires.
